With Makarov dead, Price time of torment is finally over. After being released after being found innocent and many praise him as a hero who killed the the world's most infamous terrorist. However his torment begins again when he is attacked by mysterious creatures in his home. After finding a dossier from a mission he recieved many years ago from a man named, Waldo Franz Schaeffer, his brother. Soon he goes out to find Waldo's only daughter, and Price's only niece, a girl named Aelita, and how she is connected to his mission on Project Carthage...
